LONG Overdue...oopsies

Now we wouldn't be ruff livin' if we didn't cut down our own tree for christmas...and by "we" we mean lumber jack dad. These were some of our favorite shots from the exhauuusstttinngg day of watching dad cut down trees and clean after our messes.

Off we go into the wilderness!

Keep it moving old man...

While most of us were on the hunt for the perfect tree, others of us were on a different kind of hunt...

Riley: "This one is the perfect size for me"

Rocco: "This would be the perfect place for me to leave my marking"

Rocco: "Hmm..maybe here too"

Riley: "So many trees..."

Rocco: "So little time..."

Alas, we finally found a small tree that would be perfect and put dad to work

In all my excitement, mom caught a picture of me channeling one of my favorite disney characters...

It wasn't all fun and games though...

HEY! Watch where you point that thing!

Jussssttt kidding, hand it over!

By the time dad got the tree down it was nightfall...

and we were attracting unwanted attention...from the local wolves!

Thankfully, we were already safe and sound...
